20th Graduation Day – March 9, 2025
Dear Graduates,
We are delighted to announce that the 20th Graduation Day of our institution will be held on March 9, 2025. This momentous occasion is to celebrate your achievements and mark the successful completion of your academic journey.
Online Registration & Eligibility:
- Registration is through online mode only. No spot registration is allowed.
- Separate registration is required for UG and PG graduates.
- Online registration closes by March 1, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
- Degrees will be awarded only to students who have successfully registered online and submitted the required application.
- Graduands must complete their registration and fee payment using the designated payment method.
- Graduands can avail facilities like gowns and photos at the consent counter with payment.
Instructions on Graduation Day:
- Graduates and their accompanying persons must bring their original ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.).
- Registration counter opens at 7:00 AM and closes at 8:30 AM. Entry to the campus is restricted after 8:30 AM.
- Entry to the graduation hall is restricted to graduates only. No entry after 9:00 AM.
- Graduates must take their designated seats marked with their names.
- Upon the arrival of the procession, graduates must stand until the Chief Guest and other dignitaries are seated.
- During the degree certificate distribution, graduates will be called to the stage based on their assigned number and will take the pledge.
- No photography is allowed inside the function hall. Contact official photographers for personal copies.
- Please switch off mobile phones during the entire program.
- Accompanying persons will be seated in a separate gallery allotted for parents.
- Graduates are not allowed to leave the campus until the entire program concludes.
- Indiscipline may result in expulsion from the venue.
Other Information:
- Parking inside the campus is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Children under 10 years old are not allowed at the graduation venue.
- Lunch will be arranged for registered candidates and their accompanying two persons.
- No transportation will be provided for the graduation ceremony.
- Students with pending dues must clear them before attending the convocation.
- Only the graduating students themselves are permitted to collect their certificates; representatives are not allowed.
Prerequisites for Graduands Before Filling Out the Google Form for Convocation Registration:
- Registration Fee: Pay ₹200 as the registration fee. An additional convenience charge of ₹10 will apply.
- Higher Studies or Employment Details (If Applicable):
- If you are pursuing higher studies, provide: Institution name and course details. Upload a valid student ID card or admission proof in JPEG or PDF file format (file size should be 5 MB or less).
- If currently employed, provide: Company name and designation. Upload an Employee ID card, offer letter, or appointment order in JPEG or PDF file format (file size should be 5 MB or less).
- General Requirements:
- Ensure all details are accurate.
- Enter the correct email ID (a copy of your registration is sent to your email for confirmation) and phone number.
- Upload only approved document formats (JPG, PNG, or PDF).
Important Note: Kindly bring the printout copy of your registration details which is sent to your email ID on graduation day.
